• Areas of Application: Use the balls primarily for massaging muscles. Avoid direct pressure on bones, joints, or the spine, especially initially. Do not roll over open wounds or acutely inflamed areas.
• Adjust Pressure: Start with light pressure and increase it slowly according to your comfort level. The massage can be intense but should not cause sharp, stabbing pain. Listen to your body!
• Duration of Use: Massage a trigger point or area for about 30-60 seconds. Avoid excessively long applications on the same spot.

Cleaning: Simply wipe the trigger balls with a damp cloth as needed. For heavier soiling, you can use mild soap. Allow to dry thoroughly.
