How does the return work?
You bought products in the DIE RINGE online shop and want to return your rings or other products? That's no problem! Simply use our return portal. Find your order and create your return label. Hand over the package to the post office and we will take care of the rest.
How long do I have to return something?
You have 60 days to return your product unconditionally. This gives you the chance to convince yourself of our products.
What can I do if my item is defective?
If a product is defective or does not appear to you as it should, a return is not necessarily necessary. In this case, simply send us a request via the Help Center . We will process your request as soon as possible.
When and how do I get my money back?
You will usually get the refund with the original payment method. As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund. Accordingly, it may take 3-4 days for the money to reach you.
Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the order confirmation e-mail that you received after your purchase.
