Before each use, ensure that the knots are tied correctly and securely.

The maximum load capacity of 100 kg / 220 lbs per strap must not be exceeded.

Make sure that the gymnastic rings and their suspension system are designed for the additional load and are securely mounted.

Regularly inspect the foot straps for wear (e.g., tears, abrasion, damaged seams). If visible damage is present, the straps must no longer be used.

Perform exercises, especially new ones, in a controlled manner and with correct technique.

Use is at your own risk. The product is intended exclusively for fitness exercises according to its purpose.

• If necessary, clean the foot straps with a slightly damp cloth.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to protect the nylon material.
