• Fit: Ensure the grips fit well using the adjustable wrap, without being too tight or too loose.
• Check Condition: Regularly inspect the grips for wear or damage (stitching, Velcro, grip surface). Do not use if severely damaged.
• Not a Substitute for Technique: Grips provide support but do not replace proper exercise technique. Learn movements correctly.
• Break-in Period: Allow some time to get used to the feel of the grips, especially with new or complex exercises.

• Cleaning: If necessary, wipe the grips with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture, especially on the leather.
• Drying: Allow the grips to air dry after training. Do not place them on a heater or expose them to direct sunlight.
• Washing: Do not machine wash. If the wrist wrap is very dirty, it can be carefully hand-washed with mild soap without wetting the leather part.
• Odour: Regular airing helps prevent odour build-up.
