Load Limit: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 330 kg / 727 lbs.

Correct Use: Put on the belt as described. Ensure carabiners are properly closed and the weight is securely attached to the chain.

Controlled Movements: Avoid jerky or swinging movements with added weight to prevent injuries (knees, hips, back) and material strain. Perform dips and pull-ups in a controlled manner.

Suitable Weights: Preferably use weight plates or kettlebells that can be securely attached.

Check Condition: Inspect the belt, chain, and carabiners for visible damage or significant wear before each use. Do not use if defective.

Belt Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth if necessary. For heavy soiling, gentle hand washing with cold water and mild soap is possible. Air dry thoroughly.

Chain/Carabiner Cleaning: Stainless steel is rustproof. Wipe clean if needed.

Storage: Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, in the provided bag or hanging.
