Wrist Wraps

Stiff wrist wraps are ideal for exercises involving very heavy weights or loads where maximum wrist stability is required (e.g., heavy bench presses, powerlifting, support exercises in calisthenics). They significantly limit joint movement, helping to prevent bending under load and minimize injury risk.

Use the thumb loop for positioning. Then, wrap the wrist wrap tightly and evenly around the joint – the tightness determines the level of support. Secure it firmly with the Velcro. For maximum support, the wrap should cover the wrist joint itself. The thumb loop can be removed after wrapping.

This wrist support is made from a robust, densely woven blend of 80% polyester and 20% cotton. This composition ensures high shape retention and durability. It offers less material elasticity than flexible wraps but provides maximum mechanical support due to its firm structure.
