Grip Tape Set

This versatile sports tape is an all-rounder: Wrap your Calisthenics Grip Tape around your gymnastic rings or pull-up bar for unbeatable grip. Or use it as finger tape or thumb tape directly on the skin, e.g., in weightlifting for the hook grip. It also serves well as wrist tape (e.g., for the false grip in muscle-ups).

Why 96% cotton and 4% spandex? This blend makes our athletic tape elastic yet durable. The cotton provides a grippy surface and absorbs sweat, while the spandex content adds flexibility, allowing the Workout Grip Tape to conform perfectly without restricting you.

The set intentionally includes two widths: The 2.5 cm narrow grip tape is ideal for precise applications like taping individual fingers (Finger Tape Calisthenics) or slim handles.
