• Skin: Apply the elastic athletic tape directly to fingers, thumbs (e.g., for hook grip), or wrists (e.g., protection in false grip for muscle-ups) to minimize friction, blisters, and tears.
• Improved Grip & Control: The grippy cotton surface prevents slipping and gives you more security in all exercises. Ideal as calisthenics grip tape.
• Skin-Friendly & Residue-Free: The tape consists of a comfortable cotton-spandex blend (96%/4%) and uses a special adhesive that holds well but leaves no sticky residue on skin or equipment upon removal.
• Elastic & Comfortable: Conforms perfectly to contours thanks to the spandex content, without restricting movement. The cotton material is breathable and absorbs moisture.
