Gymnastic Rings (28 mm Birch Wood)

Read and follow these instructions before EACH use to minimize the risk of serious injury or death!

• Pre-Training Check: Before each use, thoroughly inspect mounting points, gymnastic rings, and straps (including buckles and stitching). Never use the equipment if you notice any signs of damage!

Child Safety:

• Not suitable for use by persons under 18 years of age.
• Never leave rings and straps hanging unattended near children (risk of strangulation/injury!).
• Children must under no circumstances play with the rings or straps, especially without adult supervision.

Damage Inspection – What to Look For:

• Straps: Frayed material, abrasion (melted/cut fibers), damaged/broken stitching (discoloration, shiny/stiff spots), signs of dry rot.
• Buckles: Heavily worn teeth, visible damage to springs or mechanism.
• Rings: Cracks, fractures, deep gouges, brittleness (e.g., from sun exposure).
• If Defective: Immediately dispose of the equipment safely and do not use it again!

Checking Mounting Points:

• Surface: Must be smooth and non-abrasive (no sharp edges!).
• Positioning: Straps must lie flat. Buckle/carabiner must not contact the ring (wear!).
• Load Capacity: The anchor point (beam, hook, etc.) must be strong enough for static AND dynamic loads. Consult a professional if in doubt!

Usage: Only use at suitable anchor points and for intended purposes (ring training).

Storage: See Care Instructions (cool, dry, out of sunlight, out of reach of children).

Ceiling Hooks Set

• Warning: Installation requires expertise! Improper installation can lead to serious injury or property damage. Installation by a qualified professional is strongly recommended!
• Check Load Capacity: Before installation, ensure that your ceiling (solid concrete) or wooden beam is sufficiently load-bearing and in good condition. If in doubt, consult a structural engineer or specialist.
• Suitable Substrates Only: The included hardware is exclusively suitable for solid concrete ceilings or sufficiently dimensioned wooden beams. Do not use on hollow ceilings, plasterboard, etc.!
• Use Correct Hardware: Use concrete anchors only for concrete and wood screws only for wood. Use all 4 screws per hook.
• Follow Instructions: Adhere strictly to the steps in the included or digital installation guide (recommended distance: 50 cm, note correct drill bit size and depth!).
• Check Product: Inspect the hooks for defects before installation.
• Obtain Permission: If necessary, confirm with the landlord/owner if installation is permitted.
  Demounting: The screws (threaded rods) can be completely unscrewed again. The remaining expansion sleeve inside the concrete can either be removed flush or simply plastered over. This makes the installation suitable even for rental apartments.
• No Liability: We accept no liability for damage caused by improper installation or overloading.

• Surface: Always place the parallettes on a level, solid, and non-slip surface.
• Stability Check: Before each use, check that the parallettes are stable and do not wobble.
• Warm-up: Warm up sufficiently before training to prevent injuries.
• Correct Execution: Pay attention to clean technique. Start with simpler exercises before attempting advanced skills. Learn the basics!
• Clear Space: Ensure you have enough space around you to avoid collisions.
• Load: The parallettes are designed for bodyweight exercises. Avoid extreme additional weights if the load capacity is not explicitly stated.

• Rings: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. If necessary, the wood can occasionally be lightly re-oiled (e.g., with linseed oil). Avoid excessive moisture.
• Straps: Wipe with a damp cloth if needed. Protect from prolonged UV exposure.
• Storage: Store the set in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent premature wear.

Ceiling Hooks Set

• Cleaning: The stainless steel hooks are maintenance-free. If necessary, you can wipe them with a damp cloth.
• Regular Check: Occasionally check that the screws are securely tightened, especially with intensive use.
• Environment: 304 stainless steel is suitable for indoor and covered outdoor areas.

• Cleaning: Wipe the parallettes with a dry or slightly damp cloth after training to remove sweat and dirt.
• Avoid Moisture: Protect the wood from excessive wetness or prolonged exposure to damp environments.
• Re-oiling (Optional): If the wood appears dry, you can lightly treat it with a natural oil (e.g., linseed oil) to protect the surface and maintain grip. Let it absorb well.
• Storage: Store the parallettes in a dry place.
