How does the return process work?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days of receiving them.
EU customers: Use our returns portal to look up your order using your order number and postal code. You’ll receive a free, prepaid return shipping label.
Non-EU customers (e.g. UK, Switzerland, USA): Returns are possible but you will need to organize and pay for return shipping yourself. Please send your parcel to:

Include a note with your order number and reason for return.
Important: Mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees or delays.
How long do I have to return something?
You have 60 days from the date you received your order to return any items.
What can I do if my item is defective?
Please contact our support team via the Help Center before sending anything back. In many cases, a return may not be necessary, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
When and how do I get my money back?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect and process it within 10 business days. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days total for the refund to appear in your account.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
EU customers: Returns are free when using the return label from our portal.
Non-EU customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange shipment yourself.
Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the order confirmation e-mail that you received after your purchase.
